Contract Conversion

The sales department prepares the Production Task List according to the reviewed contract, and the technical department prepares the drawings according to the contract requirements to clarify the technical requirements of the product, and formulates the blanking process, forging process and heat treatment process according to the material and performance requirements, and approves and issues them according to the requirements.

Control and verification of purchased products

Re-inspection of raw materials in the factory: after the raw materials arrive at the factory, the specifications and dimensions, surface quality and identification (mainly referring to the material and furnace number) of the raw materials shall be inspected, and the physical and chemical room shall conduct PMI inspection and mechanical performance test after passing the inspection.

The inspector shall inspect each step of the process, and the qualified products shall be transferred to the order according to the "Flow Card with Pieces" signed by the inspector, and the unqualified products shall be implemented according to the company's procedure document "Control Procedure for Unqualified Products.

1. Sawing and blanking: sawing and blanking in strict accordance with the "Blanking Task List" and making inspection records. Batch sawing can only be carried out after passing the test.

2. Heating: Products of different materials and different furnace numbers cannot be heated in the same furnace.

3. Forging: The operator shall forge according to the drawings, and the forging temperature shall be controlled by infrared thermometer during the forging process.

4, heat treatment: according to the cycle of verification of thermocouple, temperature instrument. In strict accordance with the heat treatment process provisions of the heating rate, holding temperature, holding time and other process parameters and cooling methods for treatment.

5. Car processing: production shall be carried out according to the drawings, and mass production shall be carried out after the first inspection is qualified. During the processing, the inspector conducts patrol inspection and random inspection of the processed products.

6. Pre-packaging inspection: The full-time inspector shall inspect the product size, surface quality and identification after machining strictly according to the drawings, and then conduct PMI re-inspection on the product to prevent material confusion.

7, packaging process:(1) typing: according to the "production task list" in the typing notice for typing, the first piece of self-inspection, full-time packaging inspector for the first piece of inspection, after qualified batch typing, the process of handwriting clarity for sampling, to ensure that typing clear and neat. (2) Anti-rust treatment: anti-rust treatment (oiling, dipping paint, etc.) shall be carried out according to customer requirements, operators shall conduct self-inspection according to requirements, and full-time packaging inspectors shall conduct first-piece inspection, patrol inspection and process inspection on anti-rust treatment and surface quality according to requirements, and enter the packing process if qualified, otherwise rework shall be carried out.

Control of nonconforming products

The inspector shall identify and isolate the nonconforming products, fill in the Nonconforming Disposal Sheet and submit it to the authorized personnel for handling, and strictly follow the Nonconforming Product Control Procedure to ensure that the nonconforming products are identified and controlled to prevent their unintended use or delivery.
